Kwadwo Agyepong – Resident Consultant
Kwadwo Agyepong Appenteng is a Ghanaian finance and private enterprise development strategist with recognized expertise in SME development, enterprise financing, business incubation, and institutional growth. He is a Director of Kenako Invest Co. Ltd. and has built a distinguished career supporting the growth and transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises across Ghana through strategic advisory, investment structuring, operational development, and access-to-finance solutions. With a strong background spanning financial institutions development, corporate management, real estate, payment systems, and organizational development, he is widely regarded for his practical understanding of the challenges and growth opportunities within emerging businesses and entrepreneurial ecosystems. He holds a BSc in Management and Information Systems and an Executive Education Certificate in Finance and Private Enterprise Development from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Mr. Appenteng previously served as Deputy Executive Secretary of the Ghana Microfinance Institutions Network (GHAMFIN), where he contributed to initiatives focused on financial inclusion, institutional strengthening, and SME sector development. He has also served as CEO of E-Logic International and Cross Chartered Investments, and is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the Fourthman and Cross Group, a diversified enterprise with interests in investment services, venture development, construction, and strategic business advisory. His extensive experience in nurturing enterprises from startup to growth stage, coupled with his ability to bridge finance, technology, and operational execution, positions him as a highly credible consultant; who has been privileged with
diverse board appointments within financial institutions, private enterprises, and public-sector development initiatives.
